Yann Soyer has played an active role in the evolution of areas of business law on several occasions, and has been awarded a specialisation certificate by the French National Bar Council in “tax and customs law” and “company law”.
With cross-practice experience in all transactional and contentious aspects, he has accompanied, assisted and advised listed companies as well as SME-VSEs and very small businesses for over thirty-five years in the areas of company law, taxation, customs law, commercial litigation and real estate.
He advises at all stages of an undertaking’s existence, from incorporation to expansion through mergers and acquisitions, including contractual or administrative litigation, in particular tax disputes, up through the amicable or judicial settlement of any economic difficulties that may arise.
